Founderia reaches 1M registered participants — and what's next
Founderia has reached one million registered participants. The milestone reflects two years of organic growth since open beta launched in November 2022, with no marketing budget—just word of mouth and community.
One million feels significant, but what matters more is what it means. It means the world is alive. There are guilds with hundreds of members who log in every day. There are friendships that started in Founderia and now extend beyond the game. There are markets where players trade goods, entire economies emerging from player behavior. There are stories told across months and years, with continuity and stakes because the world doesn't reset.
We also want to acknowledge what one million doesn't mean: it doesn't mean we're done. It means we're past the "is anyone actually going to care about this?" phase. But we're still early. We're still building the core systems that make a persistent world possible. We're still learning how to handle governance, economy, and scale.
The next phase is about depth. We're investing in:
