State of Founderia: 2025 in review
2022 was a year of growth and change. We're not publishing a full retrospective. We're publishing gratitude and a few highlights. The rest is in the world.
We shipped the platform turn—the world as a product reachable through multiple interfaces. We shipped immersive experiments. We grew the team and laid groundwork for what comes next. The highlights are in the world: more ways in, more stability, more people. What we're not publishing is the full roadmap. Some of it we can't talk about yet. Some of it is still taking shape. What we can say: we're building toward a world where governance is a first-class system—where rules are legible, disputes are addressable, and participation can mean more than play. Where identity and trust can scale so the world can hold real value. That's the direction. 2022 was the year we committed to it.
